A HEALTHIER EATING PLAN
FOR: WILLIAM JEFERSON BLYTHE (CLINTON)
D.O.B.: 08/19/1946


          Your personal dietary emphasis should be on the intake of PROTEIN, especially in the form of CHICKEN, BEANS, LEGUMES. You should avoid FATS especially in the form of PORK and ANIMAL FATS.
          There are three PEAK METABOLIC PERIODS during which your body will digest the food intake better than at other times of your day. Your MAIN PEAK METABOLIC PERIOD is from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. It is during this time that you should eat the HEAVIEST MAIN MEAL of your day.
          There are two SECONDARY PEAK PERIODS in your day during which you should eat your NEXT HEAVIEST MEALS. These times are from 10:00 P.M. to 12:00 MIDNIGHT and 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M.
