• In lieu of individual purchase of the above cited programs, as owner and programmer of said programs, and, as owner and operator Astro Metaphysical Services and astrometaphysicalservices.com Monarch does hereby propose the following:

1. If enough individual's and/or businesses are willing to submit a one time donation of $5.00 to $10.00 to Monarch as owner and operator of Astro Metaphysical Services Monarch and Astro Metaphysical Services will work to ensure that any business or individual would be allowed the use of the above cited programs, in full use mode, at no further charge to any business or individual.
2. Said free public use will also include, within one to three months of said free public use, the data files Monarch does use for analytics for working with these said programs produced by Monarch and Astro Metaphysical Services.
