When ordering by USPS regular mail you must include:

• Your name
• Your mailing address
• Your E-mail address
• The recipient's name and full mailing address(if different)
• The recipient's E-mail address(if different)
• The name of the product you are ordering!
• Information on the person/other entity for whom the product is ordered:
  1. The entity's Birthname/initial/start name as it appears on the birth certificate, or other initiation document.
  2. The birthdate/start date of the entity.
  3. The birthplace(City, County, State, Country) of the entity
• Be sure you have the correct amount for the product/service you wish to purchase!
• Be sure to enclose the check or USPS Money Order with the correct amount Payable to: Ronald L Monarch
